Here are some answers to questions you may have regarding our letters and numbers
How do I request a quote?
If you would like to arrange a quote, you can complete the our contact form. Alternatively, you can email us at info@spotlightletters.com.au or call 0431478172.
What is the hire period?
The hire period is for the duration of your event (max. 5 hours). You can hire the letters or numbers for longer period at a reduced fee. Please contact us to arrange a quote.
What time will my delivery arrive?
We will contact you within the week of the event and require a two hour delivery window.
Can the letters and numbers be set up outdoors?
All the letters and numbers are electrically powered and will require access to mains power. The letters and numbers are water resistant to a certain extent but are not waterproof and can not be left in the rain for any period of time.
All of the numbers and letters have been tested and tagged by an authorised electrician.
What is your refund policy?
If you cancel your booking, you will forfeit 100% of your deposit. In the case where we requested a deposit amount (eg. $150) to secure the booking but full payment was made, you will lose the original requested deposit amount OR we will keep deposit amount in credit for 1 year (eg. $150) towards a future event you will have.
If final payment has not been received by the due date, Spotlight Letters reserve the right to cancel the booking and no longer provide lights for the event.
What happens if any props are damaged?
There will be a charge applicable should any of our props encounter significant damage during an event. We will advise of either a repair cost or full replacement charge.
How do I make a booking?
To book simply click here and select the product you'd like to hire. A deposit is required to secure the booking. We will then work directly with you, your event planner or venue to arrange setup location. Final payment is due 7 days prior to event date.
Is delivery, set up and pick up included in the hire price?
Prices are inclusive of delivery, set up, overnight hire, pack up and collection within 15kms of Kellyville. Delivery charges applies 15kms or over from Kellyville. Please contact us to enquire.
Unfortunately due to insurance reasons we do not offer pick up of our products, our hire fee is inclusive of this service with a superior customer service and a smile.
After hours pick up
A $50 surcharge fee applies for pick ups after 11.30pm.
